Hi,

Thank you for posting in the new forum. We have tested your scenario with the latest version 17.6 of Aspose.Pdf for .NET API and unable to replicate the un-uniform HTML results in our environment. All output HTML documents for each input PDF are same in size. We refer to a Zip of output HTML documents: 10TimesIteration.zip (6.5 MB)

If this does not help, then please create a small project application which reproduces this issue in your environment and send us a Zip of this project. We also require details of your environment, including Operating System (name and edition), local language settings and some other handy information which could help us to replicate this issue in our environment.

Here are the details as you required.

  • Operating System - Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, 64-BIT OS
  • Local Language - English - US
  • Time Zone - UTC
  • Source Code we are using - “Source Code

Please let us know if you need any more information. Also We have kept our last run output to “…/…/To_HTML” folder inside project folder.

Also We were not able to download the attachment from your reply its showing “Sorry, this file is private. Only visible to post creator and staff members.” message.

Hi,

Thank you for the details. We have tested your project in the Windows Server 2012 Datacenter, 64-BIT OS, but could not replicate the problem of un-uniform HTML results. We would suggest you please try this project in any other PC and let us know how that goes into your environment. We will create an instance of Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, 64-BIT OS to further investigate it. Please refer to the HTML results which we have produced by running your project in our environment: TO_HTML10TimesIterationZip

We have tried this on other machine and was not able to reproduce this behavior. Though as we can see the behavior is inconsistent on other machine? What if it Happens on the deployment server?

Hi,

Thank you for the inquiry. If the issue is not reproducible in our environment, then it would not be possible for us to investigate and fix this defect. We need to replicate the same environment, so that we could replicate the same un-uniform behavior. We are preparing a VM of Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, 64BIT, and then let you know about our findings.

Thanks & Regards,
Imran Rafique

@dsp0109,
We are sorry for the delay. We are unable to replicate un-uniform results in an instance of Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, 64-BIT OS. It appears as the machine specific problem.

Best Regards,
Imran Rafique
